Hi. I’m Jenna Garcia, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist here at Crosswinds Counseling. One of my passions is helping families thrive. Being a parent is one of the best and one of the hardest things you’ll ever do in life, and if you’re experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety on top of that, it can feel completely overwhelming.

Postpartum Depression and Postpartum Anxiety are actually more common than you might think. One in seven moms and one in ten dads experience Postpartum Depression. Symptoms can start at any time during pregnancy and up through the baby’s first year of life.

I’m here to tell you that there’s hope. It doesn’t have to be like this. It doesn’t have to be so hard. With the right support, you can feel better, and I’m here to help. Seeking support is the best thing that you can do for your baby and the best thing that you can do for yourself.
