You Are Worthy Of Healing

Being a parent is one of the best and one of the hardest things you can do in life. Experiencing depression or anxiety on top of that can feel completely overwhelming. Feelings of discouragement, sadness, or having overwhelming thoughts of fear are common for new moms and dads to feel, but I’m here to tell you there is hope. I understand you and want to work through the different stressors in your life that are keeping you from being happy. I love working with parents, but I also enjoy working with people of all ages, 0 to 100, and in all stages of life.

When working with children, I like to incorporate Play Therapy because this is a natural way that children can express themselves in their own language so we can understand and communicate with them better. Art Therapy is similar because it helps us identify feelings that are hard to put words to. This style of therapy is for any age, and I have seen firsthand how it can break down roadblocks and open up more space to discover healing.

You deserve to feel heard, understood, and cared for. You are valued and worthy of feeling and functioning better. My style is reflective and client-focused, meaning that I’m not going to be the one to solve your problems; you are. I am here to help you get there, and support you in becoming stronger and in developing the tools you need to continually move forward. Schedule an appointment today by clicking the button below.
