I have helped clients work through all sorts of adversities, such as depression, trauma, anger management, infertility, and substance use/addictions. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and play (with children) in my sessions whenever applicable. There is an approach called Inner Healing that can be used if clients wish to integrate faith into their therapy journey. The Inner Healing approach helps connect deeper with one’s personal faith and is beneficial to finding healing and lasting change.
