You may be carrying a kind of grief that’s hard to explain. Maybe you’ve lost a loved one, a relationship, a job, or even a part of who you thought you were. You know what it feels like to be rejected, abandoned, or overlooked—and yet, there’s still something in you that wants to keep going. If that’s where you are, you don’t have to walk through it alone.
As a young child, I found myself wondering why people behave the way they do. I didn’t set out to become a therapist, but looking back, I can see that God was ordering my steps from the very beginning. The curiosity, empathy, and compassion I carried were all part of a greater purpose and calling on my life. I truly believe God chose me for this work, and it has blessed my life in more ways than one.
The greatest joy I experience in therapy is witnessing breakthrough. There is nothing more meaningful to me than seeing growth, healing, and restoration unfold right in front of me. I am especially passionate about working with those who are acquainted with grief in its many forms, and who are ready—even if just a small part of them—to keep moving forward.
When we work together, my hope is that you leave stronger, more equipped, and more healed than when you first walked through the door.
My faith in Jesus is central to how I approach counseling. I believe He is the source of truth and healing, and I rely on the Holy Spirit to guide the process. At the same time, whether or not you share my beliefs, you are deeply valued and loved. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, cared for, and able to experience the healing God intends for your life.
