Are you having a hard time feeling heard? Struggling to connect with others? Maybe you’re finding it tough to manage your child’s emotions or behaviors. Despite your best efforts, things don’t seem to be getting better. Or perhaps you’re facing challenges in your work, family, or personal relationships. You feel stuck in the same routine. When you try to communicate your concerns, you don’t feel your words are resonating, or worse, you fear you’re being judged. You need someone who will truly listen and offer practical support—without being dismissive or condescending. You need someone who’s in your corner.
When you come to therapy, I will hold you in unconditional positive regard. I want you to feel seen and valued. I use several evidence-based practices, including CBT, EMDR, Relational Cultural Therapy, Emotionally-focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and humanistic approaches. I use a person-centered approach, meaning the client drives the sessions.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Human Resources as a corporate trainer for about 8 years. During this time, I interacted with people from various backgrounds, learning abilities, and personalities – and found unique ways to empower them to be successful. I want to empower you next. We will figure this out together.
