Do you ever feel like your child or teen is stuck — angry, anxious, or simply unsure of how to move forward? Maybe you’ve tried everything you know, but nothing seems to help. Whether it’s struggles with attention, behavior, or the weight of grief and trauma, it can feel overwhelming for both kids and parents. You want to see your child thrive, but the challenges keep circling back.
I want to create a safe, supportive space where your child feels seen, heard, and understood. In our first session, I’ll focus on building rapport and helping your child feel comfortable. From there, we’ll work together to uncover the root of their struggles, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen communication. My goal is to help children and teens discover their own strengths and learn how to use them to create lasting change.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), along with art, play, and bibliotherapy activities. My approach is always client-centered and tailored to each child or teen’s unique needs.
I have extensive experience working with children in the foster care system, students with behavioral challenges, and children navigating ADHD and anxiety. Many of my clients are searching for hope — even if it feels distant. I love helping them see their worth, find their voice, and believe in the light within themselves. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and resilience.
