Not living the life you wanted or expected? Perhaps you’re struggling with familial relationships, having trouble connecting to your child(ren), or feeling disconnected from a partner or spouse. Perhaps past relationships or old trauma is negatively impacting your current day-to-day life. You work hard to do the right things, but you still feel stuck. Maybe your child is the one who seems stuck, and you don’t know how to help him/her process their emotions – especially when you’re wrestling with emotions of your own. You want someone to help you find a better way forward.
I want you to feel understood. You’re the expert on yourself, your family, and your relationships. In our first session, we will look at your goals and identify next steps. Each following session, you will drive the conversation. We will tie your current concerns back to your original goals and find positive ways for you to move forward.
We will take a holistic approach, looking at your physical, spiritual, and emotional needs, as well as how they relate to each other. I will ask you, “When was the last time you felt like things were going in the right direction – when you were happy?” Together, we will work on identifying and obtaining the things you need to get back to that place again.
