When you come to my office you are safe. I want to help you reach your goals. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you identify what has you stuck. I will help you build positive coping skills for when life stressors do appear. I am a person-centered therapist and want to support you through your healing process.
I know what it’s like to struggle and need help. For a long time, I struggled with my own eating disorder, and now that I am healed, I want to help others.
