Hold Space For Who You Are

Are you struggling with depression and/or anxiety? Struggles with anxiety and/or depression have a way of permeating and impacting other areas of our lives – sometimes, it feels like every area of our life. It can be debilitating. Perhaps you are struggling to adjust to new life circumstances. You just want to get back to feeling like yourself again. You want to know how to work through/handle these emotions and live the best life you could possibly live. You want to know how to cope and maybe move on. You know that life can be difficult, but you also know that you could be doing better. You want the tools to do so.

I want you to know it’s ok to experience your emotions and to hold space for who you are. I want to help you foster an understanding and acceptance of yourself. I want to give you tools to manage anxiety. We will talk through beliefs and preconceived notions that may be contributing to the issues you are struggling with or affecting your ability to cope.

In our first session, I am looking to get to know you and inviting you to get to know me. We’ll see if there’s a good fit. Throughout the process, we are looking to join together to meet the goals you have set for your life and counseling. Each time we meet, we will work collaboratively to move towards those and do what we can to achieve them.

Our team of counselors has helped thousands of people gain confidence and overcome difficulty.
