We often get stuck in our thoughts or behaviors that can make us feel hopeless, and you just want a space where you feel heard, validated, and understood. As your therapist, I can sit with you in your hurt without passing judgment and give you the space you need to talk and process through whatever may be troubling you. When you feel stuck, I can help you work through that, providing the education and tools needed so you can feel more encouraged and empowered to make the marginal daily changes that will greatly impact the rest of your life.
I have experience in behavioral health and working with individuals with eating disorders, autism, and trauma. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strength’s-based which focuses on a holistic view of your strengths and wellbeing. I have a heart for helping people, especially women who have experienced trauma or human trafficking. I am comfortable integrating faith into therapy sessions at my client’s request.
When working together, we will focus on your strengths and individual goals, all while recognizing how you arrived at where you are now without any judgment. I believe you have the answers to your struggles already within you, I am just here to help you find those answers by listening, educating, and supporting you on your journey. My goal is for you to build on your own strength and support systems to overcome your struggles. Start feeling better by reaching out today to schedule an appointment.
