Seen, Heard, and Valued

You want to feel seen, heard, and valued—but in the chaos of family life, your needs and efforts often go unnoticed. You’ve tried expressing your feelings and encouraged your family to do the same, but there’s still a disconnect. You wonder if you’re doing it wrong. After all, you didn’t always grow up with a positive family dynamic—so how can you be expected to create one now? You want help. You want someone to recognize your efforts and offer support without judgment—someone to come alongside you and help you take the next step toward a more fulfilled self and a healthier family life.

I will meet you where you are. When working with couples, I focus on helping you identify and pursue your goals as a team. As each individual grows, the relationship is strengthened. The ultimate aim is to create a healthy, loving family unit that uplifts everyone in it. I want both adults and children to know change is possible. There is always hope.

I frequently utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Gottman techniques and play therapy techniques. Together, we will work on improving coping skills and taking steps toward achieving your goals so you can live a fulfilling life—one full of purpose, value, and meaning.

Our team of counselors has helped thousands of people gain confidence and overcome difficulty.
