Tom Shevlot, Executive Director of Life Centers makes Restoring Hope history by being the first to appear on our show twice. The first time he was on the show he talked about the wonderful work Life Centers does. This time he talked about how their partnership with Crosswinds Corporate Counseling has made a difference.
In this episode, Curtis Smith and Tom talk about the need to help the helpers. Tom acknowledges that his employees have hard jobs and “heavy days.” Corporate Counseling has provided Tom the opportunity to invest in his employees through mental health counseling so that they can return to work refreshed, encouraged, and engaged.
