You Are Strong Enough to Heal
Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or weighed down by depression. You’re trying your best, but something still feels off. You want to feel like yourself again—but right now, it’s hard to find meaning, direction, or peace. Whether you’re navigating trauma, struggling with your identity, or simply trying to make it through the day, you don’t have to face it alone.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover what’s beneath the surface—your goals, your pain, your hopes—and build a path forward. My approach is collaborative and supportive, rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and body-based techniques. I help clients build coping skills, reduce emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with who they truly are.
As the oldest of six kids and a first-generation college student, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of expectations while trying to find your own voice. My passion is helping people—especially teens and young adults—find the strength they already have within themselves. You are capable. You are worthy. And I’m here to walk with you toward a life filled with clarity, purpose, and healing.
