A Better Path Forward

Are you confused about where you are in life? You put in the work, but somehow, you always end up so far from your goals and who you want to be. Perhaps you’re struggling with maintaining positive self-worth and setting appropriate boundaries. You try to communicate your needs to your family and friends, but it’s not working. They just don’t listen – or perhaps they don’t understand. Either way, you and they just fall back into the same old routines. You try to leave the past in the past, but pain and old behaviors always seep back in. You want it to be different this time. You want help to make it different.

I want to give you the tools and space to confront yourself with grace. In our first session we will discuss where you are in life and why you are seeking therapy now. We will discuss who you are and what that means for you. We’ll discuss self-regulation, communication, and boundaries. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in sessions.

I have a lot of experience working with young adults newly diagnosed with bipolar disorder, neurodivergence (particularly ADHD), and adolescents in general. A lot of my clients are just experiencing life and want to know the best path forward. I want to help you work toward a fulfilling and satisfying life through insight, engagement, and skills.

Our team of counselors has helped thousands of people gain confidence and overcome difficulty.
