Crosswinds also accepts debit, credit, or HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment. The rate per therapy session is $125-$195.

Break Free From Worry & Pain

Do you find yourself worrying about things often? Have trouble making decisions or doing daily tasks because of worry or anxiety? Maybe there’s trauma in your past that is causing you to feel overly anxious and fearful about life. I want to help you work through your trauma and anxiety to break free from constant worry. I have worked with many adults and children of all ages, including inmates and those involved in the prison system. If you feel like your life is being consumed or controlled by anxiety, depression, trauma, or another struggle, I want to help you overcome these things. Together, we can help you feel in control of your own life again.

When we work together, you get to decide what we work on. I’ll listen to your experiences and struggles and together we will create short-term and long-term goals to help you feel like yourself again. I like to focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) during our sessions. If you wish to incorporate spirituality into your journey, I am more than comfortable walking alongside you with that.
