I can help you work through adjustment disorder, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, anger management, burnout, conflict resolution, divorce, depression, domestic abuse, grief/loss, infidelity, life transitions, perinatal (post-partum), PTSD, parenting, self-esteem, sexual abuse (victim), stress, trauma, and woman’s issues.

I work with individuals (adults) and couples.

Some evidence-based treatments and approaches I utilize with my clients (if/when applicable) are CBT, TF-CBT, the Family Systems Approach, a Solution-Focused Approach, and I also like to help my clients focus on gratitude.

If your insurance is not one that I accept, please check with your insurance provider to see if there would be any out-of-network reimbursement available to you for any of our therapy sessions. Crosswinds also accepts debit, credit, or HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment. The rate per therapy session is $130/hour with a Licensed Therapist.

I understand asking for help is one of the hardest things to do, but you don’t have to face your struggles alone. Everyone needs a safe and non-judgmental space to be heard and understood and to talk about what is troubling us, even if it’s not major. Therapy is helpful for any stage of life and any level of hardship. If you think: “It’s not so bad, I can handle this,” or “I’m at rock-bottom, and life is so hard and overwhelming,” or you’re somewhere in-between, therapy can be life-changing. Therapy can help us learn how to heal our wounds and cope in healthy ways going forward.

With over 25 years of experience in education, counseling, and psychology, I have worked with a wide variety of clients through an even wider variety of adversities. I like to utilize a holistic approach, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I also believe in the power of gratitude and how it can help alleviate depression and anxiety. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which I utilize with my clients to help them link their thoughts to their feelings and actions. This approach can help us reshape our thought processes so we can start having healthier behaviors.

We will work together so you can move towards your goals. I will be there to listen and guide you along the way while you work on making marginal changes in the present, so you can grow into the person you want to be in the future.
