I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is helpful for trauma, anxiety, anger, and grief, among other things. I’m also trained in spiritual direction, which is helpful in going beyond relieving the symptoms you’re experiencing to finding hope and direction for your life.
I believe in creating a non-judgmental space where you’ll feel heard and accepted. Our first session will be a relaxed, no-pressure environment that will allow us to get to know each other.
