You Have What It Takes

You’ve tried everything, been judged repeatedly, and wish things would improve. You probably feel tired of your mental health controlling your life – the ups and downs are exhausting, and your self-esteem and relationships suffer because of it. I’m here to tell you there is hope. Even if you feel shy about talking to someone new, I encourage you to give yourself a second, third, or fourth chance, or however many chances it takes. We’re all human, and we all struggle sometimes. You are worthy of healing.

Given my ten years in the military, I offer professionalism, routine, and passion. Routine is important when trying to overcome difficulty because it helps us take one day at a time. One of the evidence-based treatments I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps to evaluate emotions associated with certain behaviors. This process allows for increased self-awareness and adjustment to get more desired outcomes. I also like giving my clients resources to take home to provide guidance in-between sessions.

I understand you may be hesitant about going to therapy. I believe therapy is for everyone – it gives us a safe space to find balance and healing. I have a non-judgmental, listening ear. My clients know I care about them and will always provide many resources, education, guidance, and compassion. I am here to advocate for you and help you instill faith back into yourself. Start feeling better by reaching out to Crosswinds today to request an appointment with me.
