You can overcome

If you are struggling through the challenges of parenting, difficult family dynamics, a breakup, or dealing with overwhelming sadness, grief, anger, pride, or shame, you are not alone. Even if you want to just give up, I’m here to tell you that there is hope. As a therapist, I work with many others who are struggling too and offer them support in challenging times. I can help you too. Therapy offers a safe place to process what is troubling you, learn about what you’re feeling, understand why you might be feeling that way, and find out how to overcome those feelings.

I have experience working with children and teens with behavioral issues and individuals struggling with substance abuse or sexual abuse. I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to be open about their struggles and are committed to doing the work to get better. Being a therapist is more than a job to me. It reflects a core part of who I am, and I love that I can use my empathy and compassion to offer support in challenging times.

You don’t have to keep suppressing the trauma and pain. I am here to walk alongside you to help you heal, improve your ability to establish and maintain healthy relationships and boundaries, and enhance your ability to cope with difficulty. One of the most important things to understand about the healing process is that it isn’t overnight. Like many things in life, it’s about learning, growing, and making marginal changes daily that will make a long-term lasting change. Take the next step in feeling better today and schedule an appointment.

Our team of counselors has helped thousands of people gain confidence and overcome difficulty.
