Kati received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in a variety of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addictions, suicidal ideations, and more. She's trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certified and an EMDR trained therapist. She's worked with families and helped promote positive parenting styles. Kati has had experiences in ministry and feels comfortable incorporating Faith/Spirituality into the therapeutic process. She approaches therapy from a holistic approach that combines the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of the client. Kati believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients while providing hope and support on their journey towards healing and growth.
