I have experience working in the areas of ADD/ADHD, anxiety, behavioral issues, body image, depression, eating disorders, grief/loss, trauma, and more.

I work with children (5+), teens, and young adults.

Some evidence-based treatments I utilize in my sessions (if/when applicable) are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

If your insurance is not one that I accept, please check with your insurance provider to see if there would be any out-of-network reimbursement available to you for any of our therapy sessions. Crosswinds also accepts debit, credit, or HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment. The rate per therapy session is $130/hour with a Licensed Therapist.

Because of my life experience, faith, and desire to help people become the best version of themselves, I have a lot of empathy and compassion to offer. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps make a connection between our thoughts and our behaviors. I bring an individualistic approach to each client’s journey, meaning if two clients see me for depression, their processes and goals may differ. I am dedicated to working through a tailored plan that will work best for you and help you feel better by your own standards.

When we work together, you will feel heard and seen, and you will be able to tell me things as you feel comfortable. We don’t have to do a deep dive right away. The great thing about therapy is that you set the pace, and I’m here to guide you along the way.
