Becoming the Best Version of Yourself

We all experience peaks and valleys in life. The peaks feel great, but it’s how we travel through the valleys that define us and make us stronger. It’s in the moments of grief, overwhelming sadness, anger, despair, or anxiety that we can decide to change. We need to be equipped with the tools and techniques to get us through the valleys. Having experienced my own grief and loss at a young age, I understand the terrible pain of coping with grief and trying to find help. I know firsthand how crucial it can be to have someone walk with you when life gets difficult. That’s why I believe therapy can be one of the most important investments you can make in yourself, and it will also benefit those around you.

Because of my life experience, faith, and desire to help people become the best version of themselves, I have a lot of empathy and compassion to offer. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps make a connection between our thoughts and our behaviors. I bring an individualistic approach to each client’s journey, meaning if two clients see me for depression, their processes and goals may differ. I am dedicated to working through a tailored plan that will work best for you and help you feel better by your own standards.

When we work together, you will feel heard and seen, and you will be able to tell me things as you feel comfortable. We don’t have to do a deep dive right away. The great thing about therapy is that you set the pace, and I’m here to guide you along the way. If you need help getting through a season of life that feels lonely, painful, or hopeless, schedule an appointment today to start feeling better.

Our team of counselors has helped thousands of people gain confidence and overcome difficulty.

I can help you too.
